Cancellation & No-Show Policy

Cancellations

Customers may cancel their reservation up to 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time without penalty and receive a full refund. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time are non-refundable.

Airport pickup

After arriving at Punta Cana International Airport (PUJ), customers must contact us by phone or WhatsApp before taking any other transportation. Our contact information is clearly displayed on the website and booking confirmation: WhatsApp +1 (829) 641-1139 · phone (829) 216-0848.

Alternative transportation

If a customer leaves the airport and takes another taxi, transfer, shuttle, or other transportation without first contacting us, the reservation will be considered a no-show/customer-initiated abandonment and is non-refundable.

Flight delays or changes

Customers must notify us by phone or WhatsApp as soon as possible. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate flight changes when we are notified.

Refunds

Full refunds are available for eligible cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time. No refunds are provided for cancellations made less than 24 hours before pickup, no-shows, or customers who take alternative transportation without contacting us first.

By booking our service, the customer confirms that they have read and accepted this policy.
