Terms of Service

These terms apply to private transfers booked with Punta Cana Airport Transfer VIP ("we", "us"). By requesting or booking a transfer you accept them.

1. Booking and confirmation

Your booking is confirmed when we confirm it by WhatsApp or email with the date, time, pickup point, destination, vehicle and price. Please check that your details (flight number, date, hotel, number of passengers) are correct.

2. Prices

Prices are in US dollars, per vehicle (not per person), and include tolls, flight tracking and waiting time. There are no hidden fees. Child seats cost US$10 each and are not included. [CONFIRMAR CON ANDY: night surcharge or holiday rates, if any]

3. Payment

Payment is made online at the time of booking, with PayPal or a debit or credit card processed securely by PayPal. Prices are in US dollars and final: no taxes or fees are added.

4. Waiting time and flight delays

We track your flight and adjust to your real landing time at no extra cost. If your flight is delayed, we wait for you. [CONFIRMAR CON ANDY: free waiting time for hotel pickups]

5. Punctuality guarantee: on time or it is free

If your driver is not at the confirmed meeting point at the confirmed time, that transfer is free.

• Airport arrivals: "on time" means your driver is waiting when you walk out of the terminal with your luggage, based on the real landing time of your flight.
• Hotel and other pickups: "on time" means your driver is at the confirmed pickup point at the confirmed time.
• Grace period: [CONFIRMAR CON ANDY: minutes, for example 15]
• Exceptions: the guarantee does not apply when the customer gives wrong pickup details (flight number, date, time, hotel or address). [CONFIRMAR CON ANDY: other exceptions, for example road closures or extreme weather]

6. Changes and cancellations

Free cancellation up to 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time. Cancellations within 24 hours, no-shows and customers who take other transportation without contacting us first are non-refundable. See the full Cancellation & No-Show Policy.

7. Luggage

All your luggage is included in the price. Please tell us about golf bags, surfboards or strollers when booking so we can assign the right vehicle.

8. Passenger conduct
